06.13.05 - 1:15 p.m.

I walked to a friendly stranger's house with Lucas and Zannie yesterday morning. Sat on blankets in the grass with plates of scrambled tofu balanced on our knees talking about the true worth of artifacts, the historical significance of emoticons, odd vs. even numbers, etc. Trudged home with a very different left arm (cake drawn on my bicep by Zannie and a sunburn) and reoccupied the corner of the kitchen for awhile with a book. Got a call from my Dad. Convened with everyone plus Robert Anton Wilson in Kyle's room; worked on things. Was delivered a special cookie. Made a wish. Blew out a candle. Dressed all in black with housemates and pinned bunny buttons to our coats. Discovered a gift from "T-Bone" in the letter box. Flitted off to an extravagant, hours-long dinner of booze, olives, bread, and truth or dare. Encountered Eric downtown and lingered. Got transported home by a video game. Hung out with Matt in the kitchen and talked oral surgery. Climbed into bed. Waited for it to happen. Felt my new age be transferred into me through the air.
